The shelter realy was large and gave the impression of a Wal-Mart. Down the highway we saw another church with over a thousand people in line for feeding.

Goods were being distributed daily to those that had registered. No one received more than what they needed.

Inside Jefferson Parish Shelter (one of many). Everything was well organized but, running low on canned goods an meat. This church fed 3700 people per meal and distributed to over 3000 victims groceries, clothing etc.  The civilians at the Shelter were very happy to see us and were very courteous.

MG Shaw checked the goods for leaks or damage to prevent health problems.
