USV Deputy Chief of Chaplains - also a Civil Air Patrol Chaplain (Maj) Mike and (1Lt Adelle McKinney) and new USV Member Chaplain (Capt) Robert Harris hosted the 2nd Annual Wreaths Across America Memorial Service at Riverside National Cemetery, December 15, 2008 at 0900.  Also participating were the Patriot Guard Motorcycle Team, the Rolling Thunder, Representatives from the Merchant Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and Civil Air Patrol.
